Diane Snell, Diane Melick, Minna Walter, and Jenny More all got on base, with More bringing Snell home with her hit. Then Mary Kolkman =enticed tocentre field and brought in Melick and Walter. Sandy Rowe followed with a base hit to bring in Marc, giving Goderich the 4-1 lead. Shakespeare attempted a comeback in the top of the ninth inning and managed two sons from Deb Bell and Sharon Scheerer but couldn't come up with the equalizing naL Heidi Elliott pitched the iiiiieliftter for the little Plumbers, while Sharon Scheerer pitched for the losingcause. Gord's scored two in the first and two in the second inning to take the lead. Jon Ginn then hit one and because of a fielding error, Jim Ginn scored. In the second inning, Murdock hit a •fielder's choice to make it to first, and /tilt folled with a sineg. Dermis Williamson doubled to bring in Murdock and Bob Riehl singled to bring in Ginn for the 4-0 lead. The third inning saw Dennis Lebrun score the first run for Fisher Builders.
