Welcome to our 127th Clinton Spring Fair. When visiting our fair, don't miss the Ladies° Section, upstairs in' the arena. These exhibits are open to both women, men, girls and boys, and we welcome new exhibitors. There are several agricultural displays and -e hibits,,while our trade fair, Queen of the Fair Contest and Baby Show are inside the arena, downstairs. At this time I would like to say "thanks" to all the ladies for their help and support, thanks to all the donors of prizes and monies and anyone else who contributes in any way. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 The Society shall not be responsible for any loss to an exhibitor, occasioned by Fire, Accident, Theft, neglect of other exhibitors or officials, or otherwise. This SHALLbea condition of entry. 2 A $2.00 membership entities any exhibitor to any number of entries. 3 Each -entry mast -haw an entry tag. CYnlY one entry al.lowedin- ach class. 4 The following year's membership of 82.00 will be deducted from prize money: 5 A 15"percent deduction will be made on prize money earned of 810.00 and over. 6 Entities may be removed between the hours of 9-10 Saturday evening and 11-12 Sunday noon. 7 Entries will be accepted on Friday June 5 between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon. 8 All baking to be covered with saran wrap and on suitable plates for display. 9 Quilts to be shown ONLY for two consecutive years. 10 All exhibits to be new and must be the work of the exhibitor. Directors are in- structed to discard all soiled, defaced or old work and award prizes to new and up- to-date work. 11 Any complaints must be made in writing to the secretary no later than June 30, 1981. 12 Entries open to everyone.
