In a report to the board Thursday, the management committee indicated their was a problem with the bus contract renewal and the contractor's association had requested the special meeting. Miss Terminal is step closet to BY JOANNE BUCHANAN Town council has accepted a` recommendation from the ,Goderich Airport Committee to agree to enter into an agreement with Western Air Services for the building of a terminal at the airport this surnirner...._._ __ At a special airport committee meeting May 7, , members discussed the preliminary agreement drawn up by Western Air Services along . with two options for ownership. The committer decided to recommend that council accept the option of Western Air Services owning the terminal building with the town leasing their portion of the building fora period of 99 years (as opposed to the option of the town owning its portion of the building and Western owning the other portion). The rent is to be pre -paid for this period of 99 years and is to be equal to the actual construction costs of the town's portion of the building. This means ap- proximately $30,004 as the town's share of costs.
