Effective Immediately, the following minimum pound
fees will be In effect in the Township of Colborne for all
dogs Impounded.
Twelve dollars 02.00) for each 24 hour period or part
thereof during which a dog is impounded, plus '6.00 per
day pound fee. A minimum pound foe of '18.00 for any
dog impounded and claimed by the owner within the
first two . days. An admission charge of '25.00' plus
regular fee schedule. will apply to any dog impounded
outside of regular hours.
The above charges will not be born by the Township of
Colborn but will be assessed to the owner of a dog im-
pounded:

Colborne proposes to enact a By-law to stop up and
close that part of the original allowance. for road sot
out and described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land,
and premises situate, lying and being In the Township
of Colborne, County of Huron, Province of Ontario and
being composed of Part 2; of Saw Mlll Rood, Registered
Plan 22R-1229, Plan of. Survey on Park of Block ' "A"
Township of Colborne., Registry Division of Huron which
may be more particularly described os follows:
PREMISING that all bearings herein are referred to the
easterly ,limit of the Saw Mill Road as shown on Plan
