the Ontario Public Libraries' Program Review in
response to questions from the public library com-
munity about the responsibility and status of the
Ministry as it relates to public libraries. It Is Important
that the ministry know your views and concerns.

chance to voice your opinions and present briefs.

Victor Feldbrill will con-
duct the final concert of the
Goderich series of the Lon-
don Symphony Orchestra on
Friday, April 24 at North
Street United Church.
A student of the great
Pierre Monteux, Mr.
Feldbrill is a Canadian who
has established an interna-
tional reputation as a ver-
satile master of wide-
ranging repertoire with his
own inimitable enthusiasm
when conducting symphonic
music, whether classical,
romantic or contemporary.
Long associated .with the
Toronto and Winnipeg Sym-
phony Orchestras, he has
conducted all of Canada's
major symphonies and made
several appearances on CBC
radio and television.
Under the sponsorship of
the Goderich Rotary Club,
with the generous support of
the Sully Foundation, the
final -concert -will feature the
artistry of the concert-
master, and first violinist
Eduard Minevich.
The program will open
with Rossini "La Scale de
VICTOR FELDBRLLL
Seta" •'Overture. Other
pieces include: Vivaldi
Winter from "The Seasons",
Sarasate Zigeunerweisen
(Gypsy Airs) and Beethoven
Symphony No. 1.
Patrons are reminded that
