Letters to editor
Protest constitution changes
Dear Editor,
One way that Canadians
can protest against Prime
Minister Trudeau's
unilateral patriation of our
constitution is to write to
Gar -General P* Ed
Schreyer and ask him NOT
TO SIGN Prime Minister
Tr ideau's Constitution Act.
We must realize that the
chances of Governor
General Ed Schreyer not
signing the Constitution Act
are very slim because he is
compelled by his oath of.of-
lice to sign it. Governor
General Ed Schreyer can-
not, like Prime Minister
Trudeau, disregard the

to one trustee on the board.
In a letter from the Ministry of Education,
Stephenson said she was willing to review the
representation system adding that the use of the new
equalization factor has caused some rural areas to
gain a member at the expense of urban areas,
The minister indicated that the Stratford resolution
would receive full consideration and was just one
item on a review list.
If any changes are to be made in relation to
representation by assessment they could be in place
for the 1982 elections.

is one course of action that
we can take against what
Prime Minister Trudeau is
doing to- Canadians and to
Canada.
If enough Canadians do
this, it might 'embarrass the
Government by showing the
world how we feel about hav-
