Ther; will ,meet the London Atom team first on Friday night. Lights on in time Neither wind, snow, rain or lack of lights will prevent Tuesday. Ladies Curling from taking place. For- tunately, as we prepared to play, the lights went on, although Lynn Todgham's team may have wished the lights had remained off. Eleanor Erksine, ' who hasn't played much this year, proved ''that she just keeps getting better. Along with Dead -eye Kay King and their terrific lead they beat Lynn's team soundly. Oh well, next week Lynn things have to improve. • Georgia Ball threw some good draty weight shots to aid her skip Phil Durst. However, Nancy MacKinnon - and -her -team were not to be beaten. Her vice, Vicki Culbert had an excellent game though surprisingly void of jokes. And Phil Lawrence is continually showing the old pros what good delivery lookslike. The power on Kay Dun - can's team was Carol Hunter . who curled an excellent game. Sally MacEwan, a perfectionist, is busy learn- ing to use her new slider. She hopes to be sweeping the debris off the ice with the rest of us soon. With a threat and a pro- mise, Kay led her girls to victory over Mary Anne Depmsey's team. Her vice Penny Peters' comment on the results of the game was, Three wore hats •and one • didn't." ASPEN INSULATION LTD.
