the Sunday afternoon service in the arena.
May 20, was the culmination of the con-

The Goderich and District after 5 club
had its monthly meeting on Tuesday May
26 at 7:30 p.m. in Saltford Hall. The theme
for the meeting was "M -M -Good" and
featured a demonstration of "Marvellous
Mouthfuls" ... fancy sandwiches.
The demonstration was presented by
.Janice Larsen of Kincardine and many
helpful hints were given by .Janice as she
encouraged all of us to try making these
tempting treats for special occasions.
The music was presented by Mary
Hearn at 'Clinton who plays a harp. The
melodies music of this instrument was a
real treat for all. Mary's selection included
' The Rose and All Through the Night. Many
ladies showed an interest in this instru-
ment and Mary explained some of the in-
tracies in playing the harp.
Mrs. Eva Eagleson, a graduate nurse
who now assists her doctor husband in his
semi -retirement .practice near Coll-
ingwood; was the speaker for the evening.
Eva took us on a trip of faces and places in
her life which have motivated her to live a
full and joyous life. Her experiences were
common to many of us and we appreciated
her sincerity in showing how these same
experiences could he turned into positive
reinforcement of our beliefs.
The next meeting will he held on June 23
featuring "Day Trips with a Difference."
