vice operates seven days a week from 8 a.m.
until 6 p.m. starting May 15th.
From May 15 to June 26, reports will be
issued on Fridays. After June 26, the
reports will he updated daily. Each park in
the reporting program will provide two
figures: The actual vacancy as of 3 p.m.
and a predicted vacancy for 8 p.m. that
evening. The reports will run until
September 4.
Information can also be obtained from
the Ontario Travel Information Centres
listed in the provincial government blue
pages of the telephone directory. Reserva-
tions for specific provincial park sites can
ha made by calling the park directly.

I.hate computers but I suppose they're
necessary. I'rn not fond of the Ernies of
this world but they perform more
valuable service than myself. But what
worries the hell out of me is when.. they
forget to carry that two.
I imagine when the Russians finally
put the finger on the technician respon-
sibe for the Chernobyl eruption that he
stuck his head through the bars of the
train destined for the slag heap of Siberia
and yelled back at that white and dusty
hole in the ground: "I forgot to carry the
two!"
Clinton and District Christian School
focuses on people with. -special needs

CLINTON - For the month of May, Clinton
and District Christian School is focusing on
people; with special needs. A special needs
person is one who is handicapped physically
or menta sick or shut-in, or lonely.
Child -'n of all ages are capable of
uneiers waling the special needs of -someone
and also. they are able to help, even in a
small measure.
All grades are .being encouraged to take
part. Kindergarten has visited the lady
Diana Nursery School at Vanastra; Grade
5/0 are visiting at Huronview; films about
special needs are being shown to all grades;
most grades are learning about special
need~ in research and reading also.
on May 20, students plan to hold a day of
visits to the school by some "special" people
of the community.
This past week, many students prepared
for the kite -flying competition in connection
with Clinton Klompen Feest. Kindergarten
to Grade :3 had commercial kites; Grade 4-8
flew homemade kites.The final fly -off was
set for May 11.
On May 13, the musical, Down By the
(.'rcekbank will be performed at Huronview
/ Day Care Program.
Field Day
Preparations for Field Day are underway, •
for both the in -school meet and also for the
track and field meet in conjunction with the
local public schools.
The school said good bye to Christopher,
Jennifer and Jeffrey Henshaw who moved
to British Columbia on May 1. It is hoped
the: will be happy in their new location.
