The regular meeting of the Goderich
Garden Club was held April 15 at the
MacKay Centre.
Although the club has operated under the
name of Goderich Garden Club for several
years, it was decided on a motion approved
lioy those present that the name should
evert to its original title: Goderich Hor-
ticultural. Society. This will conform to the
practice of other garden groups in the pro-
vince which are members of the Ontario
Horticultural Society.
• The Society will be participating in the
Goderich Home and Garden Sho being held
at the Arena on April 24-26.
A letter from the Commissioner of Works
for Goderich informed the members that the
annual tree planting will take place on Fri-
day, April 24 at 10:30 a.m. at the Gaol Bank.
