A remote controlled model airplane is ah exact replica of a 1943 Tiger Moth. The 2 model
was built by Art Lazet. The full size Tiger Moth was rebuilt over a ten year period by Bill
Coulter and Don Ross. The model is exact to the smallest detail.

Dorothy Finlayson has returned home
after spending the past three months in the
southern part of Spain. Most of her holiday
was spent at Costa Del Sol. Dorothy says the
weather there was very nice and Costa Del
Sal, has a great many tourist attractions.
However she. does find it nice to be back
homewith her family and friends.
Elizabeth Wilkins of 'Mount Forest was
home on the weekend with her parents
Charles and Mayme Wilkins.
Jim and Cecil Webster of Waterloo were
home on the weekend witli their mother Kae
Webster. On Saturday . they visited in
Goderich with Norma Young. Then they
went on to Clinton and visited,_with Jack and
Marion and Lloyd Smith.
Visiting during the weekend with Barry,
Betty and Sharlene Jones was Doug and
Mary Jones and boys of Thorndale.
George MacDonald'is looking 'forward to
seeing his friends and neighbours at his auc-
tionsale on Saturday, April 11. ,

Tiger'Dunlop WI Meeting
„The March- meeting of Tiger Dunlop
Women's Institute held in Colborne
Township Hall, Thursday March 26 had an
attendance of '20. Due to the absence of'the.
president„ the first vice-president, Mrs. A.
Stoll, presided and after welcoming all the
.members joined in the opening Ode, Mary
Stewart Collect and. 0 -Canada with Mrs.
Stoll as pianist.
Roll call, "a change- that I .would like",
brought 'several resolutions to members at-
tention.. The secretary -treasurer Mrs. G.
Ka•itting read. the 'minutes ,of last meeting . ,.
and considerable correspond"ence 'was
checked and given attention.
Members were informed that the District
.Executive meeting will be in Londesboro on
Monday, April 6 'at 1:30 p.m. Qur next ".
meeting will be the Annual meeting and of-
ficers for 1987-88 will be installed. Standing ,
committee reports will be received beside
the Institute's annual' report.',This will corn
mence with a pot -luck luncheon at 12:30
p.m.
"Resolutions" was the theme for the
Meeting., Mrs. Ila Bean read poems "A A.
Happy Day" and `Don't be afraid to toot
your horne ladies" and Mrs. G. Kaitting
talked on Resolutions, climaxing with the .'
poem "Be the best of whatever you are.
-Marie Buchanan reported several In-
stitute members and residents of Colborne
have consented to help in the 'Cancer Can-
vass for the month of April.
The meeting closed with the dosing Ode
and the Queen after which members en-
joyed a social half hour with lunch servedby
Mrs. Buchanan and Mrs. Stoll.
