The lively and entertaining sports
magazine 'Ontario's Best returns to TVOn-
tario for a second season beginning April 9,
to keep you up to date on the state of
amateur sports in'Ontario, and to show how
you can be the best at whatever sport you
choose to pursue.
Each of the half-hour programs in the new
13 -part series, hosted by series producer
and former radio and TV sportscaster Brad
Diamond, offers the dos and don'ts of pursu-
ing a particular sport; Injury Forum with
Dr. Gloria Cohen,who specializes in sports

medicine; a profile of an Ontario athlete
preparing for national, international, or
Olympic competition in 1988 and beyond;
and a new. segment, In the Kitchen, which
will feature an Ontario •sports celebrity
preparing a mouthwatering dish each week.
Program 1 features Katherine Kubenk,
women's freestyle skiing champion, Cana-
dian table tennis champion. Joe Ng, who
fights his toughest battle ever, and the how-
tos of amateur wrestling. In Injury Forum
Dr. Cohen looks at the fitness test, and
uecathlete. Lave keen is on deck for In the
Kitchen. Program 2 shows us summer and
winter off-season training for the luge,
13 -year-old swimming sensation Allison
Higson, the, art of fencing, the myths about
nutrition in Injury Forum, and In the Kit-
chen with University of Toronto track coach
Andy Higgins.

Ever program of the Ontario Ministry of
Tourism and Recreation.

GRAND BEND — The Hur,n Country
Playhouse again in the 1987 season will offer
some opportunities for non-professional ac-
tors to participate in the musical product-
sion of Babes in Arms beginning. June 30,
and Brigadoon beginning August 18.
Both men and women between the ages of
15 and lb wrtlr sinking and dancing abilities
will be needed for Babes in Arms. Rehear-
sals for this production will begin on June 15
and those wishing to join the cast, must be
available for this date through to July 18.,
Men and women of all ages, again with
some singing and dancing, are invited to
audition tor Bngaaoon with rehearsals -
beginning August 3 and closing September
5.
Auditions are schedules to take place at
The Grand Theatre in London on March 23,
and in Grand Bend on March 24. Please call
