Great Owl Book Fair held at Roberts -an
The library_was featuring a Great._Owl
Book Fair from Feb. 5 to Feb. 10 during
school hours. lt turned out to be the most
successful book sale ever at our school rais-
ing a 25 per cent profit or almost four hun-
dred-dollarshis-money-will- go directly -to
book purchases for Robertson's library and
consequently back to the student's educa-,
tion. Miss Broadwell would like to thank all
the students, parents and teachers who sup-
ported this endeavour by buying books and =
she would also like to give a heartfelt thanks
to the students who worked at the fair.

The_kindergarten_pupils are now_ac
•quainted, with some of the other aildre -1 in
the primary grades since they participated
in the Friendship theme'which was held for
one class per day from Feb. 5 until,Feb. 12.
The =young = children = are = excited = about =
meeting new people -and esPecially' happy
when they see some familiar faces.
Mr, Scratch's Grade six class has been
having ,great,fun.i,vith the Icon. computers
—thhave been ',,iiiitingllobertSon-Scho011or
. the past two weeks. There are games such
as: Off Shore Fishing, Making a face or a
body and Logo. The computers go to another .
school, on, Feb, 13, (Tirade ,six has also been
studying Brazil and has viewed several
films about this topic.

ment held at Robertson, In the girls' Junior

place in the top three. but they tried their
hardest and had lots of fun at Victoria
