Auxiliary plans spring events Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Auxiliary met in the hospital auxiliary room 'on Monday, January 19. Janet Kalbfleish chaired the meeting while president Jean .Wheeler is on holiday. A moment's silence was observed in memory of, the late Mary Henderson, a faithful member and good friend. Special speaker ,Barbara Goos explained her duties in Goderich and Clinton hospitals. She works closely with Theresa Kirkey in the local' hospital to provide nutritious menus for patients in hospitals and : those who use the Meals on Wheels program., Plans were made for a bake -sale to be held March 20. Tag day and a garage sale are to be held later in the spring. Of special interest was the spending of ap- proximately $8,000 for the. Emergency Department and the dietary area.
