A severe storm ripped through Southwestern Ontario Friday
and strong winds reduced visibility on area roads and highways
to nil. Many area highways were closed at various times Friday
and Saturday because of poor visibility and slick conditions.
While the weather was less than conducive for travel, it was
ideal for children who were sent home from school, Friday. Dave
Archambault navigated, the streets with the help of friend of
Jason Jeffrey while Josh Reed braved the cold to dig out a snow
fort. (photos by Dave Sykes)\
