Fortunately, his brain was unharmed after Number 13 was done with him. The performance of the Second First Christmas was held at the Clinton Town Hall on December 12 as part of the Clinton Arts Committee's Children's Subscription Series. (Anne Chisholm photo) ;STOCKING STUFFERS Second First Christmas at town hall By Anne Chisholm CLINTON - The arts committee here brought the Toy Town Troopers to the town hall on December 12 for the area children to enjoy. And from the sounds of the laughter and applause, the audience did just that. The Toy Town Troopers performed a timely play, The Second First Christmas, which told of a girl, Janie, who just couldn't keep her hands to herself. Janie was attending a Christmas party at her father's place of employment, NASA, when she stumbled onto a space machine. After pushing a few buttons, Janie found herself in orbit. But that didn't teach her a lesson, she decided to push a button labell- ed, DO NOT TOUCH. This button put her 100 years ahead. When she landed, she found that people didn't have names, only numbers, and that Christmas no longer existed.
