Brand of Clinton, was one of two national winners of the Jersey Canada Youth Scholarship worth $250 presented at Ridgetown College of Agriculture Technology on November 25. The scholarship is open to anyone across Canada who has completed at least the first year of either a two year diploma program or four year degree program in agriculture. According to Russell Gammon of the Cana- dian Jersey Cattle Club in Guelph, Brand was presented with the award because of his community involvement, his involvement in extracurricular activities at Ridgetown Col- lege and his impressive contributions to the Brand family dairy operation near Clinton. 42.
