Hulley-Munnings
On November 7, Ruth Anna Jane Munnings
of Clinton, and Wayne Allen Hulley of
Seaforth, were married in Londesborough
United Church. W.A. Munnings officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Wilfred Munnings of Clinton and the groom
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hulley of
Londesborough. Maid of honor was Andrea
Clarke of Oakville and bridesmaids were
Stacy Plant and Darlene Hulley, both of
Londesborough. Best man was Mark Mit-
chell of Kitchener and ushers were Kevin
Hulley of Brampton and Robert Radford of
Londesborough. Following the ceremony, a
reception was held at the Goderich
Township Community Centre, Holmesville,
after which the couple took a honeymoon
trip to Florida. They will be residing in

New Dean of
Huron Diocese
Rev. Bruce Herbert Warren Howe, rector
of St. John's Church, Lunenburg, has been
appointed rector of St. Paul's Cathedral,
London, and Dean of the Diocese of Huron.
His appointment follows the election of Rt.
Rev. Percy O'Driscoll, formerly rector of
the Cathedral and Dean of Huron, as Bishop
Suffragan of Huron.
Born in 1949 in Wolfville, Nova Scotia,
Rev. Howe is a graduate of Kings' College,
N.S. Made deacon in 1969, he received a
year's training at the Canadian -Urban
Training Project for Christian Service and
was ordained priest in 1971.
From 1971 to '74, Howe served as Director
of Social Services at Fred Victor Mission in
Toronto and Honorary Assistant at St. Bar-
tholomew's Church. In 1974, he became rec-
tor of St. Mary's Church, Glace Bay. He
moved to St. John's Church, l,unenburg, in
1979.
As Regional Dean of Lunenburg Region,
Rev. Howe headed the Anglican Episcopate
Bicentennial Committee, responsible for
organizing the House of Bishops' bicenten-
nial service, which drew 8,000 worshippers.
He also served on the Nova Scotia diocesan
Anglicans -in -Mission task force and on the
diocesan council and budget sub -committee.
A member of the General Board of the
Canadian Council of Churches and of
General Synod's Inter -church, Inter -faith
Committee, and past chairman of the
Anglican Church's Long Range Planning
Committee, Rev. Howe was a delegate to
the Anglican Council of North America and
to the Caribbean meeting in Belize.
Rev. Howe, who lost his wife earlier this
year after a lengthy illness, will live in the
Deanery ISt. George Street with his four
daughters, Amanda, 16, Sarah, 15, Mary, 11
and Sandra, 9.
