CPH addition a reality
CLINTON - Clinton Public Hospital's new
addition is fast becoming a reality. The
brickwork is progressing nicely and the con-
tractor feels the roof will be ort the new wing
by the end of the month.
The hospital recently had installed a new
telephone system due to the capacity of the
one that was in use. With the new telephone
system came many new features and one of
those being that patients will be able to have
telephones in their own rooms for a small
fee. Thic 'Olnwc the patients to receive and
make calls to their friends and loved ones in
the privacy of their own room.
The Board of Trustees is very pleased
with the installation of the phone system and
knows it will be appreciated by the patients.
When the new phone system was installed
the patient call system to the nurses station
was also replaced and now the patient an
talk directly to the nurse without the nurse
having to come to the room. This will save
many steps for nursing personnel.
