While no special training is required of people who volunteer to work at the Huron Centre, workshops and training seminars are offered periodically for volunteers. For the most part, volunteers learn on the job. In recognition of the volunteers a special appreciation night is held each year at the Huron Centre for the Home- bound. This year the evening of honor and celebration will be held on November 10. "A special thank you on behalf of the Huron Centre goes out to all the volunteers who have helped out over the last 10 years and made the program the success it is today," Mrs. Anstett said.
