Stanley 'Township held their annual pancake breakfast at the com-
plex again this year with plenty of cooks pitching in to help out.

Nominations for Norm
Alexander Award
Nominations are now being received for
the Norm Alexander Conservation Award.
The award recognizes local landowners for
their work in conserving soil and water
resources. This is accomplished through
conservation farming techniques which
focus on conservation tillage, a good crop
rotation, as well as implementing structural
control measures where neressary
The nominations should be submitted to
Brent Kennedy at the Clinton OMAF office
no later than September 25. The nominees
will, at that time, be surveyed by the Joint
Program team as to what they are actually
doing on their farm.
Final judging will be done by the previous
three years' winners.
