' CLINTON - On June 21, Elaine Bechtel's
Sunday School class of Grade 7 and 8
students prepared a special Father's Day
Breakfast in the kitchen at Wesley -Willis
Church, and at 9:30 a.m. they welcomed
their fathers, and each student sat down to
enjoy the meal with his or her dad. There
were 16 present.
At the conclusion, Gary Jewitt spoke the
courtesies on behalf of the dads, and after-
wards the students cleared up and did the
dishes in time for the 11 a.m. worship ser-
vice and the final Sunday School sessioh of
this term.
Susan Jewitt and Darren Stevenson
assisted their teacher in the children's story
time by enacting a short skit.
On June 28 and the month of July, Wesley -
Willis people are encouraged to worship
with the folks from Ontario Street United
Church, and then in Wesley -Willis during
August and September 6.
46. In memoriam
HOY
In loving memory of our dear Grampa. Louis Hoy
who passed away July 3. 1985.
Each day we see your picture Grompo
You seem to smile and say.
"Don't cry, I'm only sleeping.
We'll meet again some day.
When we are sad and lonely.
And everything goes wrong.
We hear you whisper softly,
Cheer up and carry on.
If we could make one wish to day
And know it would come true
We d telephone to Heaven Grampa
And ask God to speak to you.
We love and miss you Grampa
