Stephen Boussey, son of Mr. and Mrs. R.J.
Boussey of Clinton, graduated from Fan-
shawe College as an Electrical Engineering
Technician. He is presently employed with
the Stratford Public Utilities.

David Archibald
David G. Archibald, son of Ches and Jac-
queline Archibald, has graduated from
Queen's University with an Honors
Bachelor of Science degree in Computing
and Information Science.
The Clinton Horticultural Society held their
annual rose show on June 26 at St. Paul's
Anglican Church. Showing her flowers
again this year was Gwen Holland (above).
Gwen entered this arrangement in the
category called flower arrangement using a

Pullen has champion rose
CLINTON - The horticultural society rose
show here was held on June 26 at St. Paul's
Anglican Parish Hall. Thirteen adults ex-
hibited 114 entries and three Junior
Gardeners exhibited five entries. Prizes
were as follows: Prize for Champion Rose
donated by .1 & J Pharmacy won by
Florence Pullen ; Reserve Champion Rose
award donated by Kay Campbell won by Pat
Holland; Silver Rose Bowl donated by Royal
Bank for highest points in show won by Jean
Barnett; Clinton Community Credit Union
award for second highest points in show won
by Karen Whitmore.
Merchandise Certificate donated by K.C.
Cookelorist for third highest points won by
Alida Westerhout; Red Rose Tea Trophy for
Best Red Rose won by Pat Holland; Best

Second -Lieutenant F. Victor Falconer
Second Lieutenant F. Victor Falconer
received a Bachelor of Engineering degree
in Engineering and Management and a
Commission in the Canadian Forces during
the graduation ceremony held on May 15 at
the Royal Military College of Canada in
Kingston. Second -Lieutenant Falconer, of
Clinton, joined the Canadian Armed Forces
on October 8, 1976. In 1983 he enrolled at
Royal Roads Military College, Victoria,
British Columbia, under the University
Training Plan Member. He will serve as an
Aerospace Engineering Officer in the Cana-
dian Forces. The degree was conferred by
Brigadier -General W. Niemy, Commandant
and Vice Chancellor of the Royal Military
College of Canada.
