Marlene Albers
Marlene Albers, 17, is the daughter of Peter
and Helen of Brussels and is a Grade 11 stu-
dent at F.E. Madill. She is interested in
music, the piano, soccer, swimming and
biking. In the future she wants to attend col-
lege and become a social worker. Marlene's
sponsor is the New Canadian Club of
Seaforth.
Tina Balfour
Tina Balfour, 17, is the daughter of Sandra
and John of Clinton and a student at Central
Huron Secondary School,. Her interests in-
clude cooking and swimming. She also
works part time at Sandy's Card Shoppe.
One day she hopes to be a chef. Tina is spon-
sored by JPJ Pharmacy.
Joanne Duddy
Joanne Duddy, 17, is the daughter of John
and Moranne of Clinton. She is a Grade 11
student at Central Huron Secondary School
and worked as a lifeguard -instructor at the
Clinton Pool. She is presently a Teen
Volunteer at the Clinton Public Hospital.
Joanne enjoys swimming, soccer, downhill
skiing, waterskiing and competing In horse
shows with her jumer, Darby's Knight. In
the future she hopes to go to university to
study physiotherapy. Joanne is sponsored
by Dr. Dean Nisbett.
Sandra Howson
Sandra Howson, 17, is the daughter of Jim
and Mary Ann of Blyth. She is a Grade 11
student at Central Huron Secondary School
and worked part time as a cashier and sales
clerk at The Old Mill in Blyth. She is
presently a Teen Volunteer at the Clinton
Public Hospital. Sandra's interests include
waterskiing, downhill skiing, horseback
riding and most sports. She also enjoys
animals. In the future she hopes to go to col-
lege and become a registered nurse. Sandra
is sponsored by Dr. Paul Padfield.
Karen Monden
Karen Monden, 19, is the daughter of Joanne
and Cornelius of Mitchell and is a Grade 13
student at Mitchell and District High School.
She works at Hillside Nursing Home as a
nursing aid. Her interests include playing
the guitar, track and field, dancing, swimm-
ing and knitting. Karen hopes to get a health
related career through university or col-
lege. Her sponsor is the Stratford Benelux
Club.
Patti Maguire
Patti Maguire, 17, is the daughter of Steve
and Dianne of Clinton and is a student at
Central Huron Secondary School. Patti is in-
terested in bowling, biking and baseball.
Her future plans include attending business
college or working with children. Patti is
sponsored by Dr. Newland.
