DENNIS
Charles Melville, Tuesday, March 10, 1987, at
Listowel Memorial Hospital, in his 83rd year. He
was born In Wingham, formed most of his life in
Grey and Howick Twp, and retired In 1976 to
Gorrie. He was the son of the late Ernest Dennis
and Maud Wright. Husband of Ethel Wardel and
father of Dorothy and her husband Hugh Hart of
RR 1, Gads Hill, Frances Lewis of Kitchener and
Isobel and her husband Kevin Raven of Toronto.
Grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 12 great•
grandchildren. He is survived by 1 brother
Harvey and 1 sister Verna Thomas, both of
Brussels. Predeceased by 1 sister Eva Neill.
Funeral service washeld at fhe Gorrie Chapel of
the M.O. Watts Funeral Home on Friday at 2 pm.

rit Zondag, 1 Amelia Street, St. Thomas, and
formerly of RR 3 Bayfield in his 74th year. Hus•
band of Mrs. Marie (VanZijll) Zondag, father of
Mrs. Ernie (Ena) Manchester, St, Thomas, Mrs.
Nellie Brown, Courtenay, B.C., Mrs. Ron (Berta)
Campbell, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mrs. Albin (Liz)
Petan, Stratford, Ontario, and Jakob Zondag,
Red Deer, Alberta; also survived by 2 sisters and
3 brothers in Holland, 14 grandchildren and
many nieces and nephews among whom are
Jack Zondag, Dundas, Co Zondag, RR 3, Bayfield,
and Mrs. Arnold (Nelly) Steckle, RR 2, Zurich,
Rested at the L.B. Sifton Funeral home, 118 Well-
ington Street, St. Thomas Thursday evening 'from
7-9 pm and where the funeral service was con-
ducted Friday afternoon at 1:30 pm. Interment in
Elmdale Memorial Park, St. Thomas.

• Suddenly at his residence on Thursday, March 12,
1987, Kenneth Ernest Williams of RR 4, Clinton; in
his 73rd year. Beloved husband of the former
Dorothy Drover and dear father of Bryan of Kit-
chener and Bruce and his wife Darlene of New
Market. Also loved by his granddaughter Brit-
tany Williams. Also survived by two sisters Lizzie
(Mrs. Walter Mead) of London, Vera Evans of Bel-
mont and one brother Leonard of London.
Predeceased by one brother Edward. At the re-
quest of Mr. Williams, there will be no funeral
home visitation. A Memorial service was held at
the Ball & Falconer "Box Funeral Chapel", 47
High Street, Seaforth on Sunday, March 15 at
3:30 o'clock. Cremation. Mr. Willioms was a
member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Exeter
Branch 167.

Saturday, March 14, 1987, Mrs. Irene G. (Atkin-
son) Major of RR 3, Thorndole, in he 59th year.
Beloved wife of Bev. A. Major. Dear mother of
Mrs. William (Frances) Parker of Grand Bend,
Mrs. Nelson (Kathy) Bilyeo of Grantor), Mrs.
William (Janice) Stouttener of Bayfield, Mrs. Jim
(Jean) Barber of Thorndale, and John Major, and
mother-in-law of Penny of Wyoming. Sister of
Ronald Atkinson of Belle river, John Atkinson of
Thorndole, Mrs, Bernice Clouthier of Tilbury, and
Mrs. Helen Clapp and Bill Atkinson, both of
Windsor. Also survived by six grandchildren.
Predeceased by sister Mary and brother Glenn.
Visitation was in the Needham Funeral Chopel,
520 Dundas Street. (Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm),
where the funeral and committal service was
conducted on Monday, March 16, at 1.30 pm.
Rev. Lewis Snow officiated. Spring interment,
Robin's Hill Cemetery.

in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Ado
Gertrude (Gaunt). Dear father of Edwin of
Woodstock and Vernon of London: brother of
Albert of Kitchener, also survived by 4 grand-
children and 3 great-grandchildren. Family

1 do not know how or what it would take for me
to thank everybody personally for the vast help
that has been shown to me. Everybody has been

The Neurology Dept. of Victoria Hospital is to be
