VANASTRA - The Grade 7's at V-anastra
Public School have been doing an activity
in Language Arts, it is called the Pet Cor-
ner Editor.
First they choOse'an animal to write on,
then they write it out. They wrote about a
problem that the animal had; eg. an ape
that wouldn't eat his banana.
St. Patrick Activity

St. Patrick activities. There is a popular
activity where you pick six wishes, put
them on a piece of paper and then choose
your favorite. ',

become Irish for St. Patrick's Day. They
are learning Irish poems and hearing

ing for signs of spring and seeing how
winter is disappearing.

math program called kids kits for math.
This program allows the child to use con-
crete materials in maintaining math
concepts.
Grade 1/2 cOntinue do study dragons.
They work hard at writing stories and art
work.
