fellows of Ontario. A lengthy discussion
followed with emphasis on ways of malting
the members as well as the general public
aware of some of the tragedies of our society
such as, drugs, safety, disease and the ever
increasing occurence of crime and suicide
in our Midst.
The annual canvass by Lodge volunteers
for the Heart and Stroke Association during
the months of February was organized to
cover the eastern half of Hay Township.
Tyke Hockey
The Hensall Tykes Hockey team defeated.
Huron Park on Saturday morning by a score
of 7-3. Scoring three' goals for Hensall was
Mark Bell. Singleswere scored by Jeff
Campbell, Brock Weiss, Paul Cooper .and
Graham Keys.
The final score in the novice team's battle
with Exeter was 4-4 due to one Exeter goal
with seven seconds remaining on the clock.
Scoring Saturday's goals for Hensall were
Dan Taylor with three and a single by Blair
Moir.
A Recreational Hockey tournament, held
at the Hensall Arena on the weekend of
January 9-11, was hosted by Hensall Minor
Hockey Association.
The results were; A champs - Nairn; A
Runners-up - Burke Jewellry (London) ; B
Ch5mps - Mitchell; B Runners-up - Lucan.
