Gym turns into restaurant
By Lynne Marie Ducharme
CLINTON - On December 5 at St. Joseph's
School the Grade 7 and 8 girls and their
French teacher turned the gym into a
French Restaurant (Le Chateau). They
served lunch to the teachers and the Grade 7
and 8 boys.
The girls served salad and crepes with
ham, eheece or mushrooms. For dessert
they had crepes with ice cream and
strawberries.
They served tea, coffee and apple juice or
apple cider to drink.
The waitresses spoke only French. The
customers gave their compliments to the
chefs and said the food was "tres
magnifique".
