Clinton's new Christmas tree was lit up on November 14 to begin the Festival Of Lights.
The tree was erected and designed by the Clinton Public Utilities Commission for the

new Christmas decorations in the form of Christmas trees, equally dividing the $3,222.59
cost. The Public Utilities Commission put the decorations up on the poles on November

As Clinton's Festival of Lights and Gala Christmas Shopping Spree were held on the cold
night of November 14, these two Pathfinders were a welcome sight with their hot
