Laura Roy was voted Miss Congeniality. Cook of Clinton was selected the 1986 Clinton Spring Fair Queen. John Wise braved the elements to lead the Clinton Legion Pipes and Drums Band dur- ing the parade. Shawn Semple was one of several Central Huron Secondary School students mar- ching and playing in the parade. The weatherman allowed it to rain just enough to dampen the participants. Spring fairs offer an opportunity for people to enter their livestock and poultry in the appropriate classes. Judging the poultry on June 7 was James Tilt.
