Picture perfect wedding
On your wedding day, you naturally
want to look picture perfect, but that's
often easier said than done.
Being the centre of attention also
means that brides are subjected to a con-
stant barrage of flashbulbs, video
lighting, not to mention hours and hours
of constant smiling, dancing and convers-
ing with your nearest and dearest.
It's no wonder that brides often start to
wilt along with their bridal bouquets as
the evening wears on.
A good haircut and a professional
makeup application can help the bride
look rested and natural throughout her
wedding day. The trick is to have a
hairstyle and makeup application that
photographs well, yet looks natural.
Because some wedding festivities
stretch into 15 to 18 hours, it's important
that a bride include a professional
makeup application in her wedding
budget. The cost — usually running
between $35 to $50 per person — is well
worth the price. A proper makeup ap-
plication will continue to look fresh
throughout the festivities. The bride need
only reapply her lipstick from time to
time.
Highlighting and shading to reshape
the face is a must for photographs. When
applied professionally, the end result is
very natural looking. And since about 90
per cent of brides break out in rashes or
blemishes on their wedding day, it's im-
portant to take the necessary steps to
camouflage these blights.

Much of the interest is focused on the full sleeves of this gown offering a broader shoulder
line which visually narrows the waist. The Gibson girl look with gathers to create a puffed
effect on the sleeve and lace from elbow to wrist allow cooling air to penetrate in summer.
