brought fame and recognition to Clinton.
Anne Broadfoot chose as the topic of her
paper "Looking Backward, Looking For-
ward".
In these days of so much doom and gloom
there is yet much to consider bright in the
future. Helping others with volunteer
assistance has reached and will -reach a
higher level yet. There is and will be enor-
mous progress in the medical field for cur-
ing of children's diseases.
Animal health has also greatly improved.
Helping the starving and the under-
privileged is on a tremendous upswing, as
man studies nature and environment for the
future of mankind.
Hope for the future, especially 1986, is em-
bodied in the spirit of brotherly love,
science, millions of hours of hard work
given freely, greater care of the environ-
ment, animal and bird life. All these must be
done for the preservation of life as it should
be lived.
The meeting closed with the Benediction
after which tea was served by Anne Broad -
foot's group.

of her excellent leadership during the past
