The winners were: high hands, Urn Shanahan and Judy Lee; low hands, Larry Lee and Barbara Thom; lone hands, Fred 'Trevena and Betty Switzer; lucky chair, Erma Bourne., Colquhoun wins CLINTON - Monday afternoon euchre at the town hall on January 13 saw Reta Wright and Mary Dale win the high hands. Minlue Rumball,,and Lee Gliddon were the low hand winners with Vera Colquhoun winning the lone hands. Lee Gliddon was the lucky chair winner and Mary Wallis received the birthday prize. The winners were: ladies' high, Erma Crich; men's high, Walter Pepper; ladies' low, Ruth Jenkins; men's low, Bert , Gliddon; ladies' lone hands, Margaret Freeman; men's lone hands, Alfred Etzler;, lucky chair, Margaret Freeman. The door prize went to Clayton Ellis. The next euchre party will be held on January 22 at 8 p.m. Mary Trick wins CLINTON - The International Order of Oddfellows (IOOF) held a card party at the IOOF Hall on January 9. Winners were: ladies' high, Florence Routzon; men's high, George Wright; ladies' low, Myrtle Taylor; men's low, Mary Dale; lone hands, Mary .. Trick.
