Cut a 1/2 -inch (1 cm) thick quarter -sized piece of fresh ginger root into thin strips: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter. Add ginger root and.cook, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes, orjust until golden. Add 6 tbsp (90 mL) top-quality peach chutney and 1/2 cup (125 mL) wite wine.
