On Christmas Eve I went to bed at 10 p.m.
but when I got upstairs I forgot to hang up
my stocking. So -I went downstairs hung up
my stocking, went to the cupboard and got
some cookies.
I put them on a plate and went to the
fridge to get some milk. But when I opened
the door Santa was sitting on the top shelf•of
the fridge stuffing his mouth with food.

The best
Christmas ever
Two years ago when I lived in Clinton my
Grandma and Grandpa lived beside me. We
had cousins that lived in Elmira.
On Christmas Day it was snowing really
bad. My cousins were late and my Grandma
waited for a long time and they did not
come.
We phoned her and told her that they
should come over and watch us open our
presents so they did. When we were done,
we all went o.ver to my Grandma's. Soon
they came. We opened all our presents. I got
a dog!!!

Christmas joys for little Scott, from Tina
Once upon a time thed was a little boy
named Scott. For Christmas he wanted a
puppy, just a puppy. He had a.pound puppy
but he didn't have a real puppy. His mother
and father thought he was to young. Other
parents said 11 was a good age to take care
of a puppy.
One night, the night before Christmas to
be exact, he prayed to God that he would get
a puppy, he didn't even care if he didn't'get
anything else.
About 2:30 in the morning, Scott woke up. .
He -felt something soft and furry under the
cover. Just then he heard a loUd bark. There
was a big dog at the end of the bed. Boy was
he happy. But wait, what was that soft•furry
,thing in the bed. Just then out carne a Muffl-
ed bark.
.Scott lifted the cover and out jumped
three puppies. He had got yvhat he wanted.
He said the dogs name is FIG' ffy and the pup-
pies. names are Fluffy 1, 2, and 3. He went
right down and thanked ' his • parents, but
they said we didn't give you. any dogs. .
lhnnuir, then who did'.' Tina roust have.
.''Pilin thank you very much!”

The End
It was thebest Christmas
One day Nancy and I were buying
Christmas presents. We came home and
Nancy and I had all our Christmas present
bought. It was time to go to bed.
I woke up at 2 a.m. in the morning. I heard
something in the living room. I woke up
Nancy. Nancy and I went down the hall to
the kitchen. There was no one there. We
went to look at the Christmas presents. Our,
stockings were filled with candys.
We looked under the tree. There was a
whole hunch of presents under the
Christmas tree. 1 heard a sound outside.
Nancy and I looked out the window. ,Santa
Claus was just leaving. We went back to
bed.
