Once upon a time there lived an old
hunter. He lived deep in the woods in an old
shack. It was Christmas, and it was eold.
The old hunter was going out in the morning
to get a Christmas tree.
In the morning he got dressed, then he
went outside. He got his horses and his sled
and he went off for a Christmas tree. He sa'w'
two of them that he liked, but he didn't know
which one to pick. Then he had an idea. "
He looked at the two trees. One was bigger
than the other one. So he took the small one,
and it's a pretty one too.

T want to be a tree

If I were a Christmas tree I'd hope that I
would be picked. I • was picked! But where
were they taking me?
I do not know. I want to know now. Hey.
Now where are they taking me,"?
Water yuck! This is not the water I like.
Oh well, I'll have to do with it.
Tinsel. I always hated tinsel, "I guess
maybe being a Christmas tree is not like
what I thought."
On Christmas day the Christmas tree was
very happy to be a Christmas tree.
