sang real loud, Santa Claus would come to their party on December 16. The children
must have done a good job because Santa even brought Mrs. Claus along. The children's

Applications
to be accepted
for harvest corn
GUELPH — The Ontario Corn Producers'
Association (DCPA,) has announced that
late applications will be accepted for
advance payments for corn harvested m
January. Partially completed application
forms and administration fees must ben
received by OCPA by December 31, 1985.
Corn must be harvested and in storage, with
application complete by January 31, 1986.

West Lorne, Ontario, permission has been
obtained from Agriculture Canada to allow
farmers who cannot harvest their corn
before December 31 to participate in the
corn advance payment program.

Export sales up
During October, Ontario Hydro customers
earned $11.5 million from the sale of 686.8
million kilowatt-hours of electricity to the
United States.
Fish and Game Club -enjoys Christmas dinner
CLINTON - Everyone enjoyed the annual
Christmas party held at the Fish and Game
Club on December 7.
The party was well attended by members
and guests. Among the guests were the
Central Huron Secondary School custodians.
The hall was attractively decorated by a few
helpful members.
After a delicious buffet dinner, the
evening was danced away to the music of
Rich Passmore. Several door prizes and
spot dances were won by various members.
Also, the raffle was held with the following •
winners:
First Prize - $100 Zehrs grocery voucher -
Larr' Lee of I,ondesboro.
Second Prize - $50 grocery voucher -
1,ayton Lynch of Clinton.
Third Prize- bushell of apples - Barry
Sullens of Goderich.
All the members worked hard to sell the
tickets, making the night a success. Bob and
Barb Falconer's help throughout the
evening was much appreciated.
