Eighty-eight percent of all properties
owned by the Maitland Valley Conservation
Authority (MVCA) remain open to hunters.
,agreement forests owned by the MVCA
and managed by the Ministry of Natural
Resources account for 85Q acres (344 hest.)
of the 3,185 acres (1,289 hect.) of land open to
hunting by the Maitland Valley Con-
servation Authority.
Some areas which are owned by the
MVCA are in the proximity of towns and
villages. Although the Authority has not
closed these areas, municipal' bylaws strict-
ly regulate the use of firearms and thus
those areas have not been listed..
Only properties where a potential conflict
of uses (example parks,edueationaf cen-
tres) have been closed for hunting by the
MVCA.

Elections Act by posting in my office,
also at the General Store, Holmesville,
and the Community Centre,
Holmesville, a list of all persons entitl-
ed to vote in the Municipal Elections to
be held in the Township of Goderich on
November 12th, 1985.
And I hereby call upon all electors to
examine the said list for any errors or
omissions, and any person whose name
has not been included in the
preliminary list may file an application
with the Clerk to have such error or
