She was of a quiet and assuming nature and was never known to speak an unkind word of anyone, There remain to mourn her loss, two sons, John and Charles residents of London, her sor- rowing husband and grand -daughter, Miss Etta who has been a faithful attendant on the diseased, besides a number of relatives. The remains were. interred in the Exeter ceme- tery on Saturday last followed by a very large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends, OBITUARY—It is again our sad but grateful duty to chronicle the death of one of Exeter a oldest and much respected citizens, - Sad in that we unsettled weal er, with snow squalls very probably in the north, will be very natural for several days at this time. She was shortly afterwards married to Richard Brimacombe, and in the year 1850 moved up to, the town- ship of Usborne living there but a short time when her husband Mr. Brimacombe was murdered, on the 7th of February 1857, in Biddulpb, while on his way home, leaving her with five children. In 1859 she was married to her now sorrowing husband, Wm, Harding, and to them was born two children both of whomi pre -deceased her. Mrs. Harding has been a resident of Exeter for a great number of years and was beloved and esteemed by a very large circle of friends. During the past few years owing to illness she has been a mita are missing a•true and honest member of one of the •healing arts from our midst ; but grateful in that we feel that his work was well and faithfully completed and that his was a life of intregity and help to his fellow -man and ' obedience to his Maker's will, Henry Kinsman, L. D, S. member of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, was born in Cornwall, Eng- land in 1831 but immediately came to Canada with his parants who settled in Durham County where he was raised and served his apprenticeship as framer and builder. Fie married Ann Hutchinson of Port Hope, who was his life long helpmate, preceeding him to the better land by just one year. He settled with his young bride in Mitchell, Perth County,where he followed his trade for several years till his health failed and he was oblig- ed to seek less arduous employment. He entered into the book and station- ary business at the same time study- ing for . his profession (Dentistry) which when he had mastered it he came 'and practised in Exeter. He may be said to have been a self made man, following as he did the raise and improvements in his profession and raising and educating his family at the same time by the 'sheer force and energy of a persistent and success - achieving helper of his fellow -man. His life battle has indeed been brave- ly fought and surely victory is his in that he lea'res beside an untarnished name and•if memory filled with deep respect of all who truly knew him; a family of sons and daughters who are surely a credit to his kind loving and inspiring parental zeal and Christian morality. They are Miss L. A. Kinsman who resides at home and had ceased teaching music in that she might be the constant help and stay of her parents in the even- ing of their life and to whom we especially extend our sincere and heart -felt sympathy in her great loss Miss. 13, M.
