Bank Training/Teller Duties A
This course teaches the basic duties of
a bank teller. It includes: running and
balancing of cash, how to sell the
bank's services (including Toney
orders, certified cheques), U.S. trans-
actions, Canada Savings bonds, dif-
ferent banking accounts and travellers'
cheques. Students will learn about
these services from the viewpoint of
both the customer and the teller.
Prerequisite is a good knowledge of
Mathematics, approximately Grade 10.

This is a basic course which focuses

The importance of a good company
image, dealing with callers by tele-
phone and in person, using the tele-

This is an in-depth practical course in
medical dictation and transcription de-
signed to cover all the medical special-
