Many of us are con- cerned about what we eat and how much ex- ercise we get. So, it may be just the time to consider a gift that will encourage someone you care about to improve their physique and get food habits back in shape. How about a gift that will nudge the pr crastinator or one to encourage those wit don't really think "they've got the time and energy", or a gift to pat "the converted" on the back. Sports equipment or accessories may be just what you're looking for. Ski suites or sweat suits; coordinating jersey, headband and wristbands; a gear bag; tennis racquet or skates are just a few suggestions. For stocking stuffers, ski wax, swimming gog- gles, a toque, exercise cassette, skate laces and wool socks are some ideas. For Little Ones on Your List: Bread and Jam for Frances. Hoban. R.. 1964. Scholastic Book Services, Ontario. Frances a little badger, wants bread and jam every meal.
