A happy home I once enjoyed, How sweet Ale memory still, But death has left a loneliness, The world can never fill. My heart still aches with sadness, And secret tears still flow, What it meant to lose Jou, No one will ever know. When I'm sad and lonely, And everything goes wrong, i seem to hear you whisper, "Cheer up and carry on. Each time I look at your picture, You seem to smile and say, "Don't cry, I'm only sleeping We'll meet again some day". Even though you're not with me, We're never far apart, Because of the love you gave me, You are always in my heart. Sadly missed by husband Hubert. -48 HODGES In loving memory of a dear mother, Betty, who passed away 1 year ago December 2, 1983. It's lonely here without you mom We miss you more each day, For life is not the same for us, Since you were called away. You worked so hard for many years With just one thought in mind To help your children as they grew, The best of life to find. You often said we'd miss you These words were proven true For now when troubles worry us, We cannot turn to you. They say memories are golden And well, we guess that's true, But we never wanted memories, Mom, We only wanted you. Always remembered by Debbie and Paul. -48x CALDWELL In loving memory of a dear father and 'grand- father Len Caldwell who passed away two years ago December 2, 1982: He was someone we could talk to That no one can replace, He was someone we could laugh with, Till tears ran down our face. He was someone we could turn to, When we needed a helping hand, He wbs someone we' thought more of, As each year came to an end. And when we are sad and lonely, And everything goes wrong, We seem to hear him whisper, :Cheer up and carry on." Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by Alan, Maria, Dwight and Dean Caldwell. -48 HODGES In loving memory of Betty Hodges who passed away one year ago December 2, 1983: God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be, So He closed His arms around you, And whispered "Come to me You suffered rnuch in silence, Your spirit did not bend, You faced your pain with courage, Until the very end. You tried so hard to stay with us, Your fight was all in vain, God took you to His loving home, And freed you from all pain. Lovingly remembered by son Wayne and daughter•in-law Ruth. -48x HOY In loving memory of a dear mother and grand- mother Mrs. William Hoy who passed away November 28, 1957: Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us everyday, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed, still very dear. Lovingly remembered by her family. -48x CALDWELL In lovipg memory of a dear father and grand- father, Leonard Caldwell, who passed away December 3, 1982. Sadly missed along life's way, Quietly remembered every day. No longer in our life to shore, I. But in our hearts he's.always there. Sadly missed and always remembered by Nancy Jo, Candice and Glen and Wendy, Charlie, Leanne and Cameron. - 48 HODGES In loving memory of a dear mother Betty passed away 1 year ago December 2,19&3: There is nothing so treasured, And nothing so rare, As the love a mother, And daughter can share. Through joy, through laughter, Through sorrow and tears, • There develops a closeness, • That grows through the years. This love that we shared, Doesn't need to be spoken, It's a wonderful bond, That can never be broken. Life is not the same without you now, I guess it never will. God gave me strength to get through it, Courage to bear the blow, , Many silent tears are shed, At times of day or night, If love could have saved you Mum, You never would have died. You had a heart•of gold And always thought of others, You found good in all, And Mum you were loved by all, I'm glad for our times together, • And thankful you always knew how you. Put your arms around her Lord, Treat her with special care. Make up for all 'she suffered, And all that se.emed unfair. God bless and keep you Mum, Happy and safe in his arms. Too special and dearly loved to ever be forgotten by daughter Sharon, lovingly remembered by grandchildren Julie, Jason, Anjannette,-48 who I felt about BURLEY In loving memory of Tom who passed away 1 year ago December 3, 1983. I miss you because I love you, You were dearer to me than silver and gold; For no treasure on earth can replace you So your memory will never grow old. I remember the day I met you, And the day God made you mine, I remember the day I lost you, And I will, till the end of time. After all the sorrow and heartache There is one thing that makes me glad, You chose me to share with you All the happy years we had. We made our.,vows together, until death do us part, But the day you were taken from me, My whole world fell apart. 1 think of you today wi'ih love As I have often done, I felt again the bitter blow that never should have come.
