Third place winner, Claude Cartwright, Grade 7-8 CPS, had his balloon tag returned from Elwood McClintio, Port Matilda, Pennsylvania. Kyra Alysworth, Grade 4 CPS was fourth. Her tag carne from Westwinds Farms, Walt and Marg Wise, Kane, Pennsylvania. Clinton and District School Grade 1-2 teacher, Miss Guetter, won fifth place. Her balloon was received by Diane Larson of Fredonia, New York. Sixth place went to Marine McClinchey, Grade 7 CPS. Her tag came back from Dunkirk, New York. Each winner received a Clinton Spring Fair T-shirt. A special note of thanks goes to rally organizers Paul and Linda Wheeler, Roy and Edna Wheeler, Annie Jervis and Lori Saundercock. Harbouraires honor members The Harbouraires finished a very successful season on June 15 with a `Ladies Night' at the White Carnation. After the dinner, awards were made by the President, Bill Chase, to Bill and Eb Ross, Ken Sowerby, Harry Mitchell, George Parsons, and Harold Bettger. Unfortunately, our Director, Lorne Dotterer, was unable to attend, so a presentation in appreciation of his contribution to the chorus could not be made at this time. Highlights included John de Jager's rendition of The Lord's Prayer. Completely opposite but just as enjoyable was a duet by Betty Bodaly and Jim Baird For the coming season, the chorus already has at least ong engagement a month from September 1984 to March 1985. However, we are still available to take part in other functions. Although we now have over thirty singers, we are still looking for new members. For information, call Bill Chase at 524-8135 pr Harry Mitchell at 482-7584. CASE OF 24 280 mL TINS OUR REG. 7.99 /I SAVE! 2 s 5o CASE WHITE. ALMOND, YELLOW 4 ROLL PKG.
