1984, Jeffrey Jonathan George Taylor of 71 Brock
Street, Hensall in his 1st month. Beloved son of

Mrs. George Parker of, Hensall and Mrs. Myrtle

Mrs. Pearl Shaddick of Hensall, Mrs. Ruth Taylor
of Clinton and Mrs. Gertrude Taylor of Seaforth.
A private family service was conducted on Sun-
day, June 3 in the Hensel! Chapel of Michael P.
O'Connor Funeral Homes with interment follow-
ing in Baird's Cemetery.
ANDERSON
On Friday, Mr. John Clayton (Buster) Anderson
of Dungannon passed away' at ' University
Hospital, London in his 63rd year. He is survived
by his wife Cynthia the former Cynthia Fisher,
two sons Barry of Dungannon and John of
Lucknow, three daughters Gail Huber, Sheryl
Anderson and Carol Bechard all of Goderich.
Also survived by his mother Gertrude Park of
Dungannon, nine grandchildren, one brother Bill
Park, three sisters Mary (Mrs. Gordon Schultz) 'of
Dungannon, Verna (Mrs. Tom Hallam) of Auburn
and Mildred (Mrs. Tom Lawlor) of Auburn. He
was predeceased by one son Glenn. The late Mr.
Anderson rested at the MacKenzie -McCreath
Funeral Home, Lucknow after 2 p.m. .Sunday
from where funeral service was held on Monday
at 2 p.m. Final resting place Dungannon
Cemetery.

1984, Mrs. Kathleen (Kay) Bartliff of Clinton, in
her 69th year. Beloved wife of Elliott Bartliff,

and Charles and Donna of Ridgewood, New
Jersey. Also loved by five grandchildren,
Christine, Andrea, Jennifer, Jody and Angela.
Also survived by three sisters, Luella (Mrs. Ad-
dison Tiernan) of Dashwood, Verde (Mrs. Carl
Bosk) and Margaret (Mrs. Jack Reschke), both of
De troit, Michigan and two brothers Arnold
Merner of Zurich and Elgin Merner of Kitchener.
Predeceased by one daughter Suzanne Murray,
one brother Milford and by one granddaughter
Becky. Friends will be received at the Ball and
Falconer Funeral Home, 153 High Street, Clinton
on Wednesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. The memorial
service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church,
Clinton on Thursday, June 7 of 2 p.m. Cremation
with interment of ashes later in Clinton
Cemetery. As expressions of sympothy, dona-
tions to the Alzheimers Society Inc., Clinton
Public Hospital or the Memorial Fund of St. Paul's
Anglican Church would be greatly appreciated
by the family.

The Huron Happy Hearts Round Dance
Club recently met at the Rebekah Hall in
Clinton for a delidow hot beef dinner serv-
ed by the ladies of the lodge.
The year of round dancing has been .nuc-
cessful due to the capable leadership of Loss
and Edward Wise who have kept members
up-to-date with the round dances. and taught
many intermediate dances.
- Appreciation and thanks were shown to
the efficient presidents, Sybil and Peter
Chandler and officers and to callers, Lois
and Edward.
Edward Wise conducted the election of of-
ficers for 1984-1985. They are as follows:
past presidents - Sybil and Peter Chandler;
presidents - Darlene and Gordon Shob-
brook; vice-presidents - Joyce and Dave
Thorne; secretary -treasurers - Lois and
Cecil Elliott; publicity - Berneice and Stan

To finish off the evening, the lunch com-
mittee served ice cream with the beautifully
decorated graduation cake.
Many of the round dancers recently at-
-tended the Round Dance Gala hosted by the
Round -A -Bouts held in the Medway Com-
munity Hall in London. The hall was packed
for the three-hour non-stop dance cued by
Lois Wise of Clinton, Jim Gillespie of Kit-
chener, John Wilson of Cambridge, Kitty
Giles of Sarnia, Cecille Lockrey of
Southampton, Peter Chandler of Lurknow,
Don Fields of London, and the host caller,
Hilda Hibbert of London.
Huron Happy Heart dancers are sponsor-
ing the "Harvest Hop" in October. Mrs.
Miller will cater to the smorgasbord dinner
and Lois Wise will cue for the round danc-
ing.
This ends the regular weekly dances until
September 14 when members will dance

world. convention in Winnipeg. Art and Blan-
che Shepherd, former residents of this area
who now live in Christchurch, New Zealand,
will be there.
When Art resided in Goderich several
years ago, he called for square dancing at
the, base in Vanastra. He is one of the best
known and most danced -to callers in the
world. He is a recognized trainer of new
callers and has been given the Milestone
Award for his overall and long-time
devotion to dancing.
Art will be one of the guest callers at the
convention in Winnipeg which will offer
another opportunity for old buddies to dance
to his calling.
