Their cars were broken.
Their company was almost out of business.
And even the drivers were wrecks.
Then they met Albert Hockenbecry,
a small-town boy with a big dream...
that, despite these impossible odds,
they could make it.

the zone bowling competition on Jan. 14 at
the Clinton Lanes.
The Legion thanks the Clinton News -
Record for running Mr. Brooker's letter -
Aid the Blind. It explains in detail their mis-
sion. The Clinton Legion collected 90 pairs of
glasses for this worthy cause. If you still
have glasses leave them at the bar.
The President, Steve Maguire, and the
Ladies Auxiliary President, Rose Lacrois,
at this time would like to take this opportuni-
ty to wish everybody a Merry Christmas
and a Happy New Year. We hope that it is a
safe and happy holiday season for all.
