New grocery
for Exeter
EXETER - A plan to build a
large grocery outlet in
downtown Exeter was
presented to the town council
recently.
Michael Morrish, a sales
representative for Royal
Trust, said he had a client
interested in erecting a
15,000 square foot grocery
store for a major chain and
said the total transaction
involved in the land pur-
chase and erection of the
store was in the neigh-
borhood of $1,000,000.
