tto provide direct services to clients and the community
by providing information and referral services, and to
provide clerical services for a Local Administrator,
three Income Maintenance Officers and 1 Vocational
Rehabilitation Counsellor.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Interviewing clients to office or by telephone to '
provide information concerning Income maintenance;
vocational rehabilitation programs and social service
resources and assisting with the completion of forms.
*Providing clerical services to team members by tran-
scribing from dictaphono, composing and typing letters
and memoranda in reply to routine inquiries, main-
taining B/F systems whore necessary, maintaining
filing system, taking messages, record keeping, being
responsible for petty cash and office supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Grade 10 education with several years responsible
related experience or an equivalent combination of
education and related experience.
*Ability to communicate well with others, Interviewing
skills and experience in the area of office ad-
ministrative procedures.
LOCATION:
Wingham with future relocation to Clinton.
