Our mistake
Last week in Great
Moments in History, it was
erroneously reported that
the mouse walkout occurred
on April 10, when it actually
occurred April 9. The
Chronicle regrets this error.
Also, the puzzle section
answer should be printed as
3028800 not 3882800. With egg
cooking on our red faces, we
regret the goof -ups.
Dear Editor -
Dear Editor:
This letter is concerning
the Art Club's murals. While
each finished mural is a
credit to our school, I cannot
understand why they begin"
new ones before they com-
plete others. The jungle.
scene outside the art room
has been unfinished for over
a year and yet there have
been new paintings started
at the stairs on second floor.
Is there a reason for this?
Concerned Student
Editor's Note: The
preceding letter was given to,
the Chronicle. I consulted
Mr. Walker, the art teacher
at CHSS, to see what he had
to say about this subject. He
explained that all of the
murals will be completed
Formal set
Plans are now underway
for the CHSS formal which
will take place on Saturday,
May 23. The theme . is not
`4Springtime" but instead it
is "Tropical Paradise".
The band playing at the
formal is Summer Rain.
Tickets are $12.50 per cou-
ple. This special occasion
will be a really great time, so
everyone (including
parents) plan to attend.

Answer
Joe is 73. Hence Keith and
Larry were ages 3 and 7 (not
necessarily in that order).
The sum: 73 + 3 + 7 equals
83.

eventually.
Mr. Walker stated that
some murals remain un-
finished because the
students that originally
started the murals are no
longer in the school. Also,
some students who have
morked'on the murals have
not completed the murals
because of discouragement
and other serious reasons.
There is really nothing
that can. be done to remedy
the problem, but as has been
stated, they will all be finish-
ed eventually.
