ENERGY IN ® ENERGY OUT
Food provides energy and your daily re-
quirements vary with age. These require-
ments are greater during the teen years
because of growth and development.
Canadians are becoming more aware of the
importance of good. health.. In order to
make sure that every dollar we spend buys
not only good food but food for health, it
means buying foods that will give your
family healthful, satisfying and appetizing
meals. Eating habits, both good and bad,
are formed early in life. It is never too late
to begin following a good eating pattern.
We, at A&P, have prepared two leaflets to
help you - "Nutritious Snacking" and "A
guide to food and you." Please write to
Ruth Reynolds for your copies.
