The grant was awarded in response to a need from the town and will assist in preparation of a housing statement, determining the municipality's needs and establishing housing.targets to meet them. The study will., involve a detailed market analysis by type of housing, price range, income groups served and land for futul're use. It will particularly focus on housing for senior citizens and the town hopes to use the study as a basis for obtaining additional subsidized seniors' housing.
